By accessing or using the Airwood service ("Service") operated by Standard Autonomy Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Airwood is an AI assistant accessible via iMessage. The Service may perform tasks on your behalf, including:
The Service acts only on your instructions and within the capabilities provided.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Airwood, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The Service is offered at $99 per month, which includes 10 hours of active agent time. Usage beyond the included hours is billed at $10 per hour. Billing is handled through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You may optionally store login credentials to allow the Service to act on your behalf. All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation before storage. We never have access to your plaintext credentials. You may delete stored credentials at any time. You are responsible for the security of credentials you choose to share.
The Service may interact with third-party websites, APIs, and services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services through Airwood is subject to their respective terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Standard Autonomy Inc. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STANDARD AUTONOMY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tasks will be completed successfully. AI-driven actions may produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes of tasks performed by the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
