1. Information We Collect

When you use Airwood, we may collect the following information:

• Phone number — used as your account identifier and for iMessage communication
• Messages — the text messages you send to and receive from the Service
• Credentials — login credentials you choose to store, encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• Browser activity — web pages visited and actions taken by the AI agent while performing tasks on your behalf
• Usage and billing data — subscription status, agent time used, and payment information (processed by Stripe)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including executing tasks you request
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Provide customer support
• Improve the reliability and performance of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• Credential encryption — all stored credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation (1.2 million iterations). We never have access to your plaintext credentials.
• Isolated environments — each user's tasks run in a sandboxed Docker container with its own isolated data volume. No user can access another user's data.
• Infrastructure — our servers use encrypted storage and secure communication channels.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Anthropic — AI language model powering the assistant
• ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis for phone calls
• Twilio — phone call infrastructure
• Google APIs — calendar and email access, if you choose to connect your Google account

We share only the minimum information necessary for each provider to function. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or through your account management page. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
